International Bar Association Women in Law survey

The IBA’s 50:50 by 2030 Project aims to explore the lack of gender parity across the legal profession. Phase 2 of the project comprises a global survey seeking views from women lawyers, as well as those who have recently left the profession. Responses are collected anonymously and will help the IBA to better understand the experiences of women working in the profession worldwide.
