Frederick Jordan Chambers is the largest chambers in Sydney. Barristers within the chambers practice within a diverse range of practice areas. The Chambers has internal and external rooms currently available for immediate occupancy.

The Licence Fee applicable to these rooms can be provided upon request and will not be increased prior to 30 June 2026.

Internal Rooms: The internal rooms are approx. 14m2 in size.

External Rooms: The external rooms with views over Martin Place are significantly larger and range in area from approx. 20m2 to 35m2.

Inspection of the rooms during the usual business hours of the Chambers can be arranged.

Long-term occupancy can be negotiated upon agreed terms to at least 30 June 2029.

The Licence Fee applicable provides in addition to room occupancy, and access to the Chambers’ extensive physical library, full access to online digital subscriptions from the two major publishers, LexisNexis and Thomson Reuters, together with access to other online resources.

The internal rooms would particularly suit a barrister in their early years of practice at the Bar, or those soon to complete their readership, whilst the external rooms would suit either an experienced junior or senior counsel.
