Local Court sittings at Balmain and Kogarah

Local Court sittings at Balmain and Kogarah Local Courts are to be suspended on and from 30 June 2015 due to budget constraints. Windsor Local Court will continue to sit on a reduced basis. Chief Magistrate Henson has written to President Jane Needham SC proposing to redirect Local Court sittings from Balmain to the Downing Centre and from Kogarah Local Court to Sutherland Local Court.
