Reminder: swearing-in ceremony for Federal Circuit Court judges Street and Smith

A ceremonial sitting of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia will be held in the Ceremonial Court (Level 21, Queens Square) tomorrow, 19 February 2015 at 9.00am to welcome the appointment of Judge Alexander Street and Judge Justin Smith. Noel Hutley SC will speak on behalf of the NSW and Australian bar associations. Under Practice Direction No.1 of 2010, barristers are to robe for ceremonial sittings, but do not wear wigs.
