NCAT conducted more than 92,000 hearings in its first year

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) was established on 1 January last year and the initial statistics look very promising, according to Attorney General Brad Hazzard. The tribunal has conducted more than 92,000 hearings and 70 per cent of matters were resolved at or prior to the first hearing. View the attorney's media release here.
