2015 Cross Examination Seminar

A seminar will be held in the common room tonight at 5.15pm on Cross Examination. The seminar will discuss cross-examination technique. The speakers will provide guidance on cross-examination in an open and relaxed forum, with questions from the floor. The speakers are Pat Griffin and Kate Morgan. Everyone is welcome to attend this seminar.

This seminar is part The New Barristers’ Committees' workshop for juniors to further hone their advocacy skills. This year’s (free) cross-examination workshop will be held in February-March 2015. The workshop is designed to develop advocacy skills generally and is relevant to both civil and criminal practitioners. It is being provided solely for junior practitioners, i.e. barristers with less than six years experience at the NSW Bar.
