23/02/2015
The Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, Pepperdine School of Law and Australian International Dispute Centre will co-host "Mediating the Litigated Case" on 11-13 March 2015 in Sydney. Places are strictly limited!
In late 2014 the Australian International Dispute Centre signed an MOU with Pepperdine School of Law to offer a joint program in Sydney. This is the first time that Pepperdine has trained in Australia and a first time that they have trained internationally using a joint faculty. This program is an intensive professional development course for trained mediators focusing on mediating the litigated case. Pepperdine vies with Harvard as the most prestigious Dispute Resolution law school and legal trainers in the US and internationally. This is a very exciting opportunity in Sydney. Places are limited to 42. If you are considering attending this course please contact AIDC as final numbers need to be provided to Pepperdine prior to the date. Learn more here.
