Reminder: swearing-in for Judge Ian Newbrun

Ian Newbrun will be sworn-in as a judge of the Federal Circuit Court on Wednesday, 11 March 2015 at 9.30am. The ceremony will be held in the Garfield Barwick Commonwealth Law Courts, courtroom 9 (level 3), 1-3 George Street Parramatta. Noel Hutley SC will speak on behalf of the NSW and Australian bar associations. Under Practice Direction No.1 of 2010, barristers are to robe for ceremonial sittings, but do not wear wigs.
