The Bar Association's Best Practice Guidelines were approved by Bar Council in June 2014 and are designed to encourage chambers to maintain professional standards and to comply with state and Commonwealth laws on equality and diversity. If your chambers has adopted the guidelines, but is not among the 21 chambers who have notified the Bar Association, please contact Megan Black.
