Motor Accidents Compensation Regulation 2015

The Motor Accidents Compensation Regulation 2015 has been gazetted and is available on the NSW Legislation website. The regulation commences on 1 April 2015 and repeals and replaces the provisions of the Motor Accidents Compensation Regulation 2005, which would otherwise be repealed on 1 September 2015.
