Chief Judge Pascoe of the Federal Circuit Court has issued Practice Direction No 1 of 2015 - Citations of decisions of Australian Courts and Tribunals – AustLII. Now, copies of judgments in the "Signed by AustLII" format can be provided to the Federal Circuit Court. Further information about the new format is available here.
