Sydney farewell for the Hon Justice Hayne

On Friday, 17 April 2015 the Hon Justice Hayne will sit for the last time in Sydney, as part of the panel hearing the special leave matters listed that day. In accordance with tradition, representatives of the New South Wales Bar and the Law Society will mark the occasion with short speeches commencing at 9.15 am, which is immediately prior to the special leave list commencing at 9:30 am. Noel Hutley SC will speak on behalf of the bar.
