Contracts in Commercial Law: extended early bird registration ends 30 June

Contracts in Commercial Law is an international conference exploring the nature and operation of the law of contracts in commercial law. Among the speakers are Chief Justice Tom Bathurst AC, Chief Justice James Allsop AO, the Hon Justice Susan Kiefel AC and Dr Andrew Bell SC. The conference is convened by Professor Simone Degeling (UNSW Law), the Hon Justice James Edelman (Supreme Court of Western Australia, and from 20 April Federal Court of Australia) and Associate Professor James Goudkamp (University of Oxford) and is the successor to the highly successful Fusion Conference (2004), Restitution in Commercial Law Conference (2007) and Torts in Commercial Law (2010).
