This series of one hour tutorials are a joint initiative of the Supreme Court of NSW, the NSW Bar Association and the Law society of NSW. The series of one hour tutorials are designed to provide an introduction to this complex and challenging area of law. The seminars are open to all practitioners. The series consists of eight presentations in all, presented in two parts with four tutorials from May to August 2015, with a break in July. You can choose to do either Series 1 or 2 only or both Series.
