NSW Government responds to ICAC v Cunneen

Premier Mike Baird today announced his response to the decision of the High Court in ICAC v Cunneen. The New South Wales Government will introduce urgent legislation to confirm past ICAC findings and commission an independent panel of experts to be chaired by the Hon Murray Gleeson AC QC to review the jurisdiction of the ICAC.
