Removal of dual regulation for migration lawyers

The Law Council of Australia has welcomed the Australian Government's response to Dr Christopher Kendall's review of the Office of Migration Agents Registrations Authority (OMARA). The report made 24 recommendations, including the immediate cessation of dual regulation for migration lawyers, something which the Law Council says is long-overdue. Learn more here.
