The Legal Profession Uniform Law is coming

The Uniform Law is expected to commence in NSW (and Victoria) on 1 July 2015, repealing the Legal Profession Act 2004 and the Legal Profession Regulation 2005. New CPD and Conduct Rules for barristers will also commence at that time. The Bar Association's website will be updated as and when new material is published, and InBrief will issue further updates as the commencement date approaches.
