Bar FC unlucky in the sun

Bar FC suffered its first loss of the season losing narrowly to the Reserve Bank. Perhaps it was the recent drop in interest rates that saw Bar FC giving the Reserve Bank team too much space and respect. A well struck shot from the edge of the area lobbed into the back of the net in the first ten minutes. Thereafter it was all Bar FC with a number of chances being parried by the goalkeeper. A fine free kick by Sebastian Hartford Davis (rightfully player of the day) around the defensive wall was pushed just wide by a goalkeeper flying at full stretch. Unlucky, but that’s football.
