Supreme Court issues new practice note

Chief Justice T F Bathurst AC has issued Practice Note SC Gen 20 - Citation of Authority, which commenced today, 15 May 2015. It applies to the citation of authorities in all proceedings in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, the Court of Appeal and the Court of Criminal Appeal, subject to Practice Note SC CA 1 Court of Appeal and SC CCA 1 Court of Criminal Appeal – General.
