Real Property List in the Supreme Court of NSW

Chief Justice Bathurst has announced the establishment of the Real Property List in the Equity Division of the Supreme Court, to operate from 1 June 2015. The chief justice has designated Justice Rowan Darke of the Equity Division to be the list judge of the Real Property List. Accompanying the creation of the list is Practice Note SC Eq 12 Real Property List.
