Vital phone service unfunded after 30 June - #savetheCNS

InBrief yesterday reported that the Custody Notification Service (CNS), a 24/7 phone service for Indigenous peoples detained in police custody, will be unfunded after 30 June. The Aboriginal Legal Service has started a campaign to save the CNS and members are encouraged to visit the website set up for that purpose: http://www.alsnswact.org.au/pages/save-the-cns
