Tonight in CPD: Handling Grievances in Chambers

Bar Council has approved four sets of Best Practice Guidelines, including the Model Grievance Handling Procedure. Tonight's CPD seminar will appeal to all those who are interested in improving the way complaints are handled on their floor. Organised by the Equal Opportunity Committee, it will be presented by Jane Seymour and chaired by Jane Needham SC, beginning at 5.15pm in the Common Room. Learn more here.
