Changes to registrar's sitting times in the Corporations and Equity Lists

Practitioners and parties are advised that commencing today, 17 August 2015, the following changes will apply to the registrar's sitting times in the Corporations and Equity Lists:

• The registrar will commence the Corporations List at 9.00 am every day, except for Fridays.
• The registrar will commence the Equity List at 10.00 am every day, except for Fridays.
• Urgent matters may be listed on a Friday after consultation with the registrar.

The registrar will continue to sit in the Corporations List at 11.00am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The above changes to the sitting times in the Corporations List have no effect on the 11.00 am Corporations List on those days.

The registrar will conduct both Lists in Court 11E.
