Time to nominate for the 2015 Law Award

The Australian Human Rights Commission is seeking nominations for this year’s Legal Award (sponsored by the Law Council of Australia), to be presented at the 2015 Australian Human Rights Awards ceremony taking place in December. Nominations are being sought for individuals and organisations with a track record in promoting and advancing human rights in Australia through the practice of law.

The best nominees are often the people who wouldn’t dream of putting themselves forward, which is why we need you to do it for them!

The deadline for nominations in all seven categories is Friday, September 11.

The other six awards include: the Human Rights Medal, Young People’s Medal, Media Award, Business Award, Racism. It Stops With Me Award, and the Tony Fitzgerald Community Award.
