The Red Cross will host a seminar on International Humanitarian Law Fundamentals on Saturday, 26 September from 9.30am to 4.30 pm, with a light lunch provided. The seminar will examine the Geneva Conventions and their Additional Protocols, the activities and modus operandi of Red Cross in times of armed conflict and the significance of the red cross, crescent and crystal emblems. It will explore these concepts and other international issues associated with armed conflict. The cost is $60, and $30 for students. Email agriffin@redcross.org.au.
