Two CLA seminars in September and October

The Commercial Law Association of Australia is celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2015 and to mark the occasion, the CLA has organised a half-day conference on Class Actions (18 September 2015) and a lunchtime seminar on Implied Terms in Contracts by Emeritus Professor John Carter; consultant, Herbert Smith Freehills.
