Indexation of non-economic loss under the Civil Liability Act

The Civil Liability (Non-economic Loss) Amendment Order 2015 has been published on the NSW Legislation website. The object of this order is to adjust, for the year commencing 1 October 2015, the amount that may be awarded for damages for non-economic loss under the Civil Liability Act 2002. Learn more here.
