Third edition of Sentence

A third edition of Sentence, the comprehensive discussion of the law of sentencing in NSW courts for state and federal offences, written by Stephen Odgers SC, has been published. This edition is current to 1 September 2015. It contains detailed discussions of sentencing procedure, principles, factors and options. Launched in 2012 by the chief justice, it has substantially increased in length, reflecting the number of High Court and CCA judgments since then.
