Local Court Practice Note 1 of 2015 - Online Court Protocol was issued on 25 September and took effect on 1 October 2015. The object is to facilitate a pilot program for Local Court (Civil Jurisdiction) General Division matters listed for defence callover at the John Maddison Tower, where the first appearance was on or after 1 October 2015.
