Review of intensive correction orders

The NSW Sentencing Council is conducting a statutory review of intensive correction orders in accordance with s 73A of the Crimes (Sentencing Procedure) Act 1999 (NSW). The review must be completed by 1 October 2016. They are seeking preliminary submissions on this review by Monday, 21 December 2015. For further information, please visit the council's website.
