SILQ introduces longer support hours and online help

Our support desk is now available 8:30am – 7:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:30am – 5:00pm Friday. Gavin, Matt or Brian will be happy to take your call during those hours. We’ve also introduced a new "Live Support" feature on our website where you can post your query. In addition, we now have approximately 50 videos on the site offering tips on how you can improve your experience using SILQ. Please click here for the videos.
