Philip Dowdy will be sworn-in as a judge of the Federal Circuit Court of Australia in Courtroom 13.1, Floor 13, 80 William Street, Sydney, at 1.00pm on Monday, 7 December 2015. Arthur Moses SC will speak on behalf of the New South Wales Bar.
