Additional District Court funding a step in the right direction

The president of the New South Wales Bar Association, Noel Hutley SC, has issued a media release, which welcomes the NSW Government’s decision to provide additional funding to address criminal trial delays in the District Court. The media release follows an announcement yesterday by Attorney General Gabrielle Upton.
