Papers to note: new Land and Environment Court practice note

The chief judge of the Land and Environment Court, the Honourable Justice B J Preston, has issued a new practice note, Practice Note - Section 56A Appeals, which commenced on Monday, 21 December 2015. It applies to proceedings on appeal from a decision of a commissioner pursuant to section 56A of the Land and Environment Court Act 1979. Learn more here.
