Federal Court of Australia – Insurance List for Short Matters

The Federal Court announced in January the establishment of an Insurance List within the Commercial Contracts, Banking, Finance and Insurance sub-area of the Commercial and Corporations National Practice Area. The new arrangements will commence in Sydney on 21 March 2016. Information sessions on the Insurance List, will commence in Melbourne on 10 March 2016 and one will be held in Sydney on Monday, 21 March 2016 in Federal Court 1, Queens Square at 2.15pm and 5.15pm. Each session will run for approximately 1 hour.
