Amendments to the UCPR and Supreme Court Rules

On 3 November 2014 amendments to the Uniform Civil Procedure Rules and Supreme Court Rules were approved by their respective rules committees. The amendments were published on the NSW Legislation website today, Friday, 7 November 2014 and commenced today.
