Tonight: Francis Forbes Plunkett Lecture

The Forbes Society reminds members that this Tuesday, 13 February 2024 the Chief Justice, the Hon. Andrew Bell, will deliver the Twelfth Annual Plunkett Lecture 'Unheralded nation-builder: another dimension of John Hubert Plunkett', in person in the Banco Court starting at 5.15pm.

The Lecture will be chaired by the Hon. James Allsop AC, President of the Forbes Society. Formal presentations to prize-winners in the Forbes Society’s Australian Legal History Essay Competition for 2023 will follow the Chief Justice’s Plunkett Lecture.
