  We have a large room (1 and 1/3, 4000 shares in CCL) on the eastern side of Two Wentworth Chambers available for purchase or licence.  It would suit a silk, aspiring silk or senior junior. The room is traditional with built in shelving and cupboards, robing cupboard, ample brief storage and air conditioning. 

The room is newly painted, recarpeted, has new light fittings installed with new blinds arriving shortly.

Current CCL Maintenance Contributions are $1,552.86 pm (incl GST) and floor fees are $2,153.70 pm (incl GST).

The floor is fully networked to CCL, uses its VOIP telephone system, and has its own website and electronic diary management via the Clerk. There is easy access from the floor to the Bar Library, Bar and Law Society Dispute Resolution rooms and Federal and Supreme Courts.

The floor currently comprises 1 silk and 19 juniors.  Floor Members are reputed for their expertise in both common and succession law amongst a range of other jurisdictions.
