The Bar Association website contains the four approved Professional Indemnity Insurance policies for the 2024/25 practising year and a table comparing rule 79 for members to easily compare the four different policy options available. This year the rule 79 table also includes a comparison of the disciplinary proceedings clauses for the four different insurance policies.
