The Bar Association website contains the four approved Professional Indemnity Insurance policies for the 2025/26 practicing year and a table comparing rule 79 for barristers to easily compare the four different policy options available. The rule 79 table also includes a comparison of the disciplinary proceedings clauses for the four different insurance policies.
