Not received your practising certificate for 2024/2025?

If the Bar Association has received a valid application to renew your practising certificate but will not be able to determine it before 1 July 2024, you will receive a letter from the Bar Association with advice to that effect this afternoon.

If the Bar Association has not received a valid application to renew your practising certificate by 11.59pm on Sunday, 30 June 2024 you will not be able to engage in legal practice on and after 1 July 2024. You will receive a letter with that advice on Monday, 1 July if no application is received from you over the weekend.

Please note that a valid application requires the online application renewal form to have been completed and submitted, as well as payment of the applicable practising certificate fee having been received by the Bar Association.
