Organised by the Women Barristers Forum, join Kate Eastman SC of New Chambers to consider the earning gap between male and female barristers as a structural problem that presents a collective challenge to all barristers.

The gender pay gap can be linked to a series of obstacles to women’s career development at the Bar, including work distribution, client briefing practices and returning to work after maternity leave.
