Federal Court Matters - Emails to the Court Registry

The Federal Court of Australia has requested that when practitioners are emailing the Court’s Registry about matters which are listed before Judges and Registrars within the next 48hrs, could they please include in the subject line of the email:

Urgent – Next Court Date (eg: Listing 17 July 2024) – Matter number – Matter Name

This request is made so that any documents (including submissions) can be processed urgently and provided to the relevant Judge or Registrar in advance of the court listing.
