A survey of the New South Wales Bar

Included with your 2014-15 practising certificate and membership renewal papers is the New South Wales Bar 2014 survey which seeks information from members concerning aspects of their practice and life at the bar. Although the vast majority of answers to questions in the survey require a single oval to be filled in, as indicated in the survey form instructions, members should be aware that there are a few questions where members are able to provide more than answer where appropriate. These questions are Q22, Q38 (both parts), Q 39 (both parts) and Q 45. All barristers are encouraged to fill out the survey and return it in the separate return addressed envelope provided. The survey is intended to obtain data which can be used to develop, support and justify initiatives by the Bar Association for its members. The survey has been designed so it can be completed in five minutes.
