Federal Court to host national broadcast of tax seminar

The Federal Court of Australia, in conjunction with the Tax Bar Association of the Victorian Bar, will host a nationwide video broadcast of a seminar on "The distinction between questions of law and questions of fact", to be chaired by his Honour Justice Pagone and presented by Jennifer Batrouney QC. This event will be held on Tuesday, 20 May at 5.15pm. The Sydney broadcast site will be Court 18B, Level 18, Queens Square. This event is free of charge.
