Notice of Women Barristers Forum AGM on 22 May 2014

The Women Barristers Forum (WBF) is a section of the NSW Bar Association. All women members of the NSW Bar Association are members of the WBF and are invited to participate as members of the Forum. The WBF will hold its Annual General Meeting on Thursday, 22 May 2014 at 5.00pm in Conference Room 3, Bar Association, Selborne Chambers, 174 Phillip St, Sydney. Members interested in discussing the work of the WBF, future structure and nominating for membership of the Executive Committee of the WBF are encouraged to attend.

Business of the AGM will include:

1. Receipt of reports of chair and treasurer;
2. Vote on whether to remain a section of the Bar Association or become a committee of the Bar Association;
3. Nomination and election of WBF Executive Committee for 2014, including chair/convenor, vice-chair/assistant convenor, secretary, assistant secretary, treasurer and Executive Committee members;
4. Other business.

The meeting will conclude with drinks and canapes.
