Bar welcomes delegation from the Hong Kong High Court

On Tuesday, 20 May 2014 the president of the New South Wales Bar Association, Phil Boulten SC, and Mark Livesey QC, president of the Australian Bar Association met with a delegation from the High Court of Hong Kong.

The delegation included the Hon Mr Justice Godfrey Lam, president of the Competition Tribunal and judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court; the Hon Madam Justice Queeny Au-Yeung, deputy president of the Competition Tribunal and judge of the Court of First Instance of the High Court; and Master K H Hui, a master of the High Court.

Also present to greet the visitors was Bret Walker SC, Francis Douglas QC, Noel Hutley SC, Arthur Moses SC and Ruth Higgins.
