First NCAT Legal Bulletin now available

The NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal (NCAT) has issued its first Legal Bulletin – an e-newsletter highlighting interesting case law from NCAT’s jurisdiction, and other useful information significant to the tribunal’s work. Download the first Legal Bulletin from the website, and subscribe to automatically receive future Legal Bulletins. The NCAT website also provides online access to Procedural Directions and Guidelines that apply to proceedings across the tribunal and in each of its four divisions.
