Remembering Professor Zines - 23 June 2014

The Federal Court of Australia and the Constitutional and Administrative Law Section of the NSW Bar Association will co-host two functions to honour and remember Professor Zines. Both functions will be held on Monday, 23 June 2014. The first will be a drinks function between 6-7 pm on level 20, Federal Court, Queens Square, Sydney. There will be a short speech by the Honourable Sir Gerard Brennan AC KBE. The second event will immediately follow the drinks function at 7 pm. It is a dinner in the Law Society Dining Room at 170 Phillip Street, Sydney. There will be a two-course dinner, with drinks included. The event will be compèred by the Honourable Tony Whitlam QC. Speakers will include the Honourable Justice Stephen Gageler, the Honourable Margaret Stone, Ms Justine Beaumont and Dr Jeremy Kirk SC.

Both events are expected to be popular so please respond promptly if you are interested in attending. The cost is $25 per head for the drinks function and $130 per head for the dinner. There is a limit of 100 people for the dinner and it is possible that not all persons interested in attending that function will be able to be accommodated.
