Mr Barry Collier MP, the member for state seat of Miranda, recently paid tribute to the work of Phillip Boulten SC during his term as president of the Bar Association. He said that on matters relating to the administration of justice, "Mr Boulten has consistently left members of this House in no doubt about the legal principles involved, the cases and the considered views of his learned members".
