Legal Aid NSW Commonwealth family law fee scale changes

Legal Aid NSW has made two changes to the Commonwealth family law fee scales. The fees payable to single experts have been increased and the Commonwealth family law fee scales for solicitors and barristers have been simplified and updated to reflect current practices. The changes took effect from today 1 July 2014. Learn more here.
